Second Generation HNO Donors

Cardioxyl has advanced its first-generation HNO donor, CXL-1020, through a Phase IIa clinical study in acute decompensated heart failure. In that study, Cardioxyl achieved human proof of concept for HNO’s ideal suite of hemodynamic effects. The company is now advancing improved second-generation HNO donors for the treatment of both acute and chronic heart failure.
